On our way back from HRM200 (Human Resources Management). It was supposed to end at 10pm but ended at 8 itself! YAY. And the lecturer was very nice :) I'm really looking forward to this course. Anyway, it was snowing wonderfully and without much wind so we could take off our gloves for a while to take pics. This was taken by Hailin right outside our house. It's a lil out of focus though, but look at the falling snow! :D :D

There! Snow! It was snowing the whole of last night so it looked sooo beautiful this morning. This was when the snow had stopped for a short while. It's been snowing sporadically.

I guess winter has officially started then! Just look at all the snow!!! :O :D Luckily I'm kinda getting used to the chill so it wasn't as cold as I'd expected! Must start wearing thermals and sweaters though. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY!!

These are the CLV townhouses. This was the on-campus accomodation offered to exchange students. Unfortunately it's realllllyyyy far! About 30 minutes away from proper campus!

Outside every big shopping mall kinda thing, they have a list of the major shops inside. It's good when you're going in the bus and suddenly realise you need to stop!

Inside a GRT bus. There's cord running above all the windows of the bus which end up at the stop bell. So you can stop the bus from anywhere!

Yanjun, Jackson and me on the GRT bus. GRT stands for Grand River Transit. I guess these buses are the next most popular mode of transport after cars. Tickets cost $2.50 each (!!!) or can be bought at $7.75 for 5. The good thing about this is, once you enter the bus, the driver tears off a transfer ticket - which means you can travel on as many buses you want within a period of 90 minutes. So if you just have to go to the mall for 30 minutes of shopping, you can take the bus, buy your stuff and get back with just one ticket! Anyway, this is photo was taken on New Year's Day, and everything was closed, but for Tim Horton's cafe and McDs!
