Yanjun, Jackson and me on the GRT bus. GRT stands for Grand River Transit. I guess these buses are the next most popular mode of transport after cars. Tickets cost $2.50 each (!!!) or can be bought at $7.75 for 5. The good thing about this is, once you enter the bus, the driver tears off a transfer ticket - which means you can travel on as many buses you want within a period of 90 minutes. So if you just have to go to the mall for 30 minutes of shopping, you can take the bus, buy your stuff and get back with just one ticket! Anyway, this is photo was taken on New Year's Day, and everything was closed, but for Tim Horton's cafe and McDs!

Lovely Christmas decorations at Burlington

Forgot to put this one up earlier. It's one of the streets in Burlington where practically every house was decorated for Christmas! The lil green guy dressed as Santa is the Grinch that stole Christmas!
