coz there's no land scarcity here, unlike all our cities. Actually Toronto's more of a city so there'll be many more high-rise buildings there. Waterloo, Kitchener and Burlington (which are the only cities I've seen so far) have mostly single storeyed buildings!

aiyoo loose! Singapore is full of them! This is the FIRST one I've seen in Canada!
